Description[]
These Per & Ingersoll shoes have no lacing, but a strap and a buckle. Due to their elegant and affluent design they have been described as the 'most advanced' dress shoe. So advanced, in fact, that walking through slush and mud does not leave a single trace on them.
Uses[]
- Increases your Ultraliberal statistic by 1. If you have 4 or more Ultraliberal points after the dialogue with Savoir Faire, it will trigger the dialogue to opt-in to the Indirect Modes of Taxation thought.
- Having them equipped does not increase the reál gained from "Indirect Modes of Taxation".
- Kim gives you a compliment specifically for wearing these shoes if you wear them during the Day 1 after-hours debrief.
