Walkthrough[ | ]
- This task requires finding a spot to play the tape at. You can either repair the stereo over at the Whirling-in-Rags room, which will require procuring the Speakers from the People's Republic of Samara from Siileng or the Wowshi W02 from Bird's Nest Roy at the pawnshop for ✤ 12 (can be haggled down to ✤ 4 if you mention the Megamix is a period-defining work).
- Listening to the tape produces a rather disturbing experience where Ellis Kortenaer rants about violence and brutality, supposedly confirmation of his guilt. Your next step is to talk to Titus Hardie and Klaasje about the tape. The former wants to play you. The latter doesn't play along.
