There's a buoy west of the boardwalk on the coast, somewhere in the reeds. It has Miss Oranje's fake documents in it...
Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
The text of the quest originally used to say it is to the east of the boardwalk, it is in fact to the WEST, specifically near the cryptozoologist camp. This was updated in a patch.
The buoy is located to the west of the fishing market, it will first appear as a clickable thought bubble, after that it allows you to inspect the buoy closely.
