Horse-Faced Woman is a character in Disco Elysium. The correct spelling of her name is "Judit Minot", not "Judith Minot".
Background
An infinitely patient patrol officer of the Revachol Citizens Militia, Minot is part of Precinct 41's Major Crimes Unit and a voice of reason and stability in the insane world of Harry's detective squad. After Harry's bad evening at the Whirling, she became a temporary partner for Lt. Jean Vicquemare, trying to figure out what happened to Harrier - and how he could be helped.
