Jules Pidieu, nicknamed "Oldboy" by his colleagues, answers and works the radio - he's the Communications Officer at Precinct 41 of the Revachol Citizens Militia.

- Jules is the radio liaison for Harrys own precinct, and can be contacted via Kim's Coupris Kineema shortwave, most notably for the Report your badge missing task.
