Exhaust all dialogue related to this, after which Kim will request to speak with you. 3. Speak to Kim and learn about Speedfreaks FM. He will downplay his interest in it, and direct you to the Washerwoman. 4. Talk to the Washerwoman about how the kids might have heard a radio, and exhaust her dialogue. Kim will then suggest that you call Speedfreaks FM from his Kineema 5. Ensure you have a reaction speed.of ≥6 FALN Sneakers, Orange Bum Hat, and taking Speed can help with this. The thought Caustic Echo can raise your Motorics learning cap if this isn't enough. 6.Interact with the Kineema and pick up the radio. (if you want the DJ to give a shout-out to Kim you must ignore Alice and press the SAVED radio station button twice in a row, and establish that Kim does listen to the station) 7.After connecting to the DJ, proceed using any of the dialogue options until Reaction Speed tells you to request merch. Ask them to be delivered to the Whirling-in-Rags. 8. You can check with Garte for the package at a later time (minimum time unknown but it should be available the next day.) You can also harass him about the package before it arrives.
